1540 West Fullerton Parkway is an infill rental apartment building in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.  It was designed to provide a dignified and economical response to a diverse existing street wall. It is a steel and glass building with masonry bearing walls. The ground floor contains a rental commercial space as well as parking for the units. The upper floors contain 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.
